Transportation Advisory - Highway 111 Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

Dear Fleming County Hillsboro Community 

Parents/Guardians: 

 

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has awarded a contract for rehabilitation of the KY bridge over the branch of Hillsboro Creek on Hwy 111 in Fleming County which will require the bridge to close for 45 days beginning March 25, 2019. 

 

All traffic will be detoured: 

2019-2020 Kindergarten Registration ABC Blocks

Fleming County Schools Kindergarten Registration for the 2019-2020 school year will be held on March 19, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Double S Entertainment Bowling Alley.

 

PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD ANYTIME DURING THESE HOURS!

All children who will be attending kindergarten next year need to registereven if the child is currently attending Head Start or a private preschool!

To be eligible to attend kindergarten in the 2019-20 school year, a child must be five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2019.  Any child who will be

6 on or before August 1, and is NOT currently in kindergarten must enroll in kindergarten for the 2019-20 year.

The child and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) MUST reside in Fleming County.  A child must register for the elementary school that serves the area in which the child and the parent/legal guardian resides.

Bring with you: Child’s Certified birth certificate and social security card/number.

If your child has already completed the immunizations, physical exam, eye exam, dental exam, bring with you. 

These forms do not have to be completed to register.

All students are required to have the Hep. A vaccine prior to entering school or submit an exemption.
