INVITATION TO BID – DISTRICT WIDE MOWING
Fleming County Schools is seeking interested parties for our district mowing needs.
Bid packets with specifics should be picked up at the Fleming County Board of Education Central Office – front entrance. The packets will be available beginning Friday June 8, 2018 from 9:00 am until 2:00 p.m. The sealed bids shall be returned to Monica Hill, Board Attorney, at 154 Flemingsburg Road, Morehead, Kentucky 40351, either by mailing the bid or hand delivery of the bid to the address stated above. BIDS SHALL BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2018. All bids shall be marked LAWN MOWING BID on the front of each envelope. Any bids that do not supply the required information contained in the bid packet shall be disqualified from consideration.

No decision regarding award of bids will be made that day. Any individual wishing to be present for the bid opening is welcome to attend.
Late bids will not be accepted.
Any bidder who wishes to tour the areas or ask specific questions should make that request to Maintenance Director Greg Dunaway at 211 West Water Street, Flemingsburg, KY 41041 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 3PM.
All bidders are encouraged to give due diligence to understanding the bid packet descriptions and expectations as we feel it most important that our grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
No bid will be altered or amended after the specified time and date set for the bid opening. The Fleming County Board of Education reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in bids, to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid as may be deemed in the best interest.
