1095c Form FAQ

The 1095 is a new tax form that is sent to you by the district that includes information about your healthcare insurance coverage. Almost all employees will get this. It serves as a “proof of insurance statement” that shows the IRS that you have been properly covered by your company. You’ll take information from it to use in your tax filing, similar to how you take information from your W-2 form and transfer it to your tax forms.  For more information, click here.

Fleming County Schools is pleased to announce our participation in the Summer Feeding Program.  The Summer Feeding Program will be located at Fleming County High School. Breakfast and lunch will be offered for football, girls’ and boys’ basketball, volleyball, and band camps. The district will also be serving the Fleming County Public Library programs and the Fleming County Extension Office programs, along with any child from 2 to 18 years old who would like to come to the site to eat. This is a huge benefit and service, not only to Fleming County Schools but to the greater Fleming County community. Any child from ages 2 to 18 years old will eat free at any of the open sites. This program is part of the Federal School Lunch Program and all costs will be reimbursed by the Federal Government.
