Dear Fleming Countians,

Faculty and staff have the option of participating in the Test-to-Stay Program offered at each school. This is optional, not mandatory. If you would like for your child to participate in the Test-to-Stay Program please complete the Consent Form at this link: https://airtable.com/shrvR0Jac40EmiUn0 .

No student or staff can participate in the Test-to-Stay Program without a signed consent form. Furthermore, parents/guardians of students participating in the Test-to-Stay Program will be contacted when their child tests.

If you have already signed up for the Test-to-Stay Program you do not need to complete the form again. The Test-to-Stay program is designed to limit quarantines so that in-person instruction continues.
