I am a lifelong Fleming Countian.  I attended Mt. Carmel elementary school, Simons Middle School and Fleming Co. High School.  I graduated from High school in 1986.  I obtained my bachelor of music degree from Morehead State University in 1991 and began teaching that fall in Rowan Co.  I taught in Rowan Co. 7 years and then came back to Fleming County High School.  I finished my Master of Education degree with emphasis in Voice, from Morehead State University in 1999. I have been teaching at Fleming Co. High School since 1998, and Simons Middle School for the past 8 years.

I am married to John Lamb and we reside in Fleming Co.
