Opportunities for Homeschool Students

Dear Fleming Countians:

Beginning in August 2018, Fleming County Schools will offer an exciting and cutting edge opportunity for students who are educated at home. As a school district, we view all students who live in the county to be our students; therefore, we need to provide learning experiences and opportunities for ALL students.

We would like to meet with the parents/guardians who homeschool their children to determine ways that their children can receive an education from home and ultimately receive an accredited high school diploma. We want to hear from homeschool parents/guardians about what it would take for their children to enroll in Fleming County Schools. If you have any questions please contact Michelle Hunt, Chief Academic Officer at 606-845-5851 or via email at michelle.hunt@fleming.kyschools.us.

Again, this year with the push of the Bridge Performance Indicators we want to help ALL students to achieve their goals and aspirations. We look forward to hearing from you about how we can help your child.

Our Journey Continues…
