Fleming County Schools is currently enrolling students into the Fleming County Performance Academy for the 2020-2021 school year. The FC Performance Academy is a free, virtual option and open to all students in Fleming County. This program, which has been available to students for the past two years, provides students a unique learning experience. FCPA is an innovative approach to learning that is recognized across Kentucky and other states as a model for public education. This year, we are fully prepared to expand student enrollment in FCPA due to COVID-19 based on stakeholder feedback. If you are concerned about sending your child to a traditional school setting in the fall due to COVID-19, you are encouraged to enroll your child/children in FCPA and still continue to learn with a Fleming County teacher through a virtual learning platform. Our goal is to meet the learning needs and goals of ALL of our students, especially during this time of COVID-19.
The Fleming County Performance Academy still remains open to the traditional homeschool students who would like to stay at home and learn, while still being able to participate in public school experiences such as clubs, performing arts, athletics, graduation, etc.
